The Honda Civic Type R hot hatch will be available for sale in 2015 with a price of £30,000. It comes with a 290 bhp turbocharged engine too.
The Honda Civic Type R is the new hot hatch in the category of its type. The Japanese firm has till date shown some new performance in the concept of the model at the Paris Motor Show and also at the Geneva Motor show in 2014. The full production of the new model of the car is expected in the month of March in 2015 and it will go on to sales in a few months thereon.

The car comes with a new 2.0 litre i-Vtec turbocharged engine and a six speed manual gearbox. Although not many specifications are available about the car, Honda has revealed that the power would be more than 278 bhp which is more than the 3.0 litre six cylinder engine. The features of the car also includes a new steer axis front suspension set up which allows the driver to get maximum performance by reducing the torque steer and smooth power delivery in the front wheels even under hard acceleration.
The +R driving mode can be enabled with a button on the dashboard which can sharpen the engine responses and gives more weight to the steering. There is also a four point Adaptive Damper System which can manipulate the firmness of the rear and the front dampers depending on the driving conditions.
