Fans of the American automaker, Chevrolet, may well rejoice as the company has now officially introduced a special edition Silverado. Dubbed the Silverado Custom Sport, this vehicle has received quite a few tweaks, especially in terms of its visual styling.
As it turns out, Chevy – Chevrolet’s nickname – is offering the special edition variant as an optional modification package for the standard Silverado LTZ and LT variants. The special edition comes with a front bumper that features a color used on the body as well. The same can also be said for the rear bumper. The front grille is also treated with a body-colored surround. Yet, the front grille itself has a black paint job with a chrome accent. The chrome accent does not end there as it is also applied on the body side moldings, mirror caps, door handles and also the vehicle’s 20-inch alloy wheels.
Those who buy the special edition package will also be eligible for a pair of power adjusted side mirrors equipped with heaters, headlamps with projector beam and also tow hooks. For those who choose to spend their cash on the Silverado LT, they will get to choose a white or black hue. Yet, for customers of the Silverado LTZ, they will get to choose either the White Diamond or black hue.
According to reports, the aforementioned American automaker will be offering the special edition Silverado Custom Sport with an asking price that ranges from $1,950 to $2,950. This will depend on the variant of the Chevy Silverado that the customers choose to drive home from their local Chevrolet dealership. For those who can’t seem to wait to get their hands on this special edition that Chevy is offering, the vehicle will be available soon. Chevrolet has officially announced that it plans to start selling the special edition by this month itself.
