Delhi Diesel Ban Lifted, Imposes 1% Green Cess; List of Top Cars That Can Now be Purchased

The time for which most SUV fans and auto manufacturers in the capital of India have been awaiting from December 2015, is finally here. Supreme Court has lifted the ban on registration of diesel vehicles over 2000 cc in engine capability in Delhi-NCR and has directed that auto manufacturers, dealerships or buyers will have to deposit one percent environment of ex-showroom price of the impacted automobiles as environment cess which is to be deposited prior to Central Pollution Control Board which will open a different account in a PSU bank.

It included that it will choose whether green cess can be imposed on diesel vehicles of below 2000 cc engine capacity afterwards.

Now because that’s out of the method, the next concern that has to be addressed is exactly what all vehicles are now back on sale.
