This week’s Goodwood Festival of Speed would be marked with debut of a special edition of Ferrari’s California model. The sedan is set to race in the Sunday Times Supercar Run at the California special. A two-tone finish consisting of the body, of the new sedan, painted in Argento Nurburgring i.e. metallic silver while the roof and A-pillars in Nero black make the car look extremely gorgeous. The company claims that the two-tone finish theme of the car echoes its bi-colore berlinettas of the 1950s and 1960s.
Several items from the Genuine Ferrari Accessories range seem to have been featured in the hardtop roadster. It includes features such as forged 20-inch matte-black wheels and titanium wheel bolts. In addition the car is characterized with a host of factory-fit options from the Carrozzeria Scaglietti Personalisation Programme such as the diamond-stitching on the rear seats and Cavallino stitching on the headrests.
Throughout this week-end the California special is expected to be joined at Goodwood by the 458 Italia, the 599 GTO, the Italian firm’s 2009 F1 car to be driven by Marc Gené.
