by SpeedLux

Hyundai has just unveiled the Veloster RE:FLEX Edition at the Chicago Auto Show.

Designed for those persons who want to “stand out from the crowd,” the special edition comes equipped with features such as LED-infused headlights, additional chrome trim and 18-inch alloy wheels.

Talking about the interiors, the changes are limited but the RE:FLEX Edition comes nicely equipped with features such as black or red leather seats, illuminated door sill plates and special floor mats. Other notable highlights that can be seen inside the cabin include a leather-wrapped steering wheel, piano black trim, alloy pedals and a premium audio system.

Under the hood, power will be provided by a 1.6-liter four-cylinder petrol engine generating an output of 132 hp (98 kW) and 120 lb-ft (162 Nm) of torque. It is further mated to a six-speed dual-clutch transmission which enables the model to return 28 mpg city / 36 mpg highway / 31 mpg combined (US).

Production of Hyundai Veloster RE:FLEX Edition will be limited to just 3,000 units but the company has not mentioned anything about the pricing yet.
