Lamborghini Sesto Elemento Officially Confirmed For Limited Production

Some of you may remember the Sesto Elemento displayed at last year’s Paris Motor Show. At that time it was one of the atractions of the event, stirring much discussion in the period after. Well here comes the good news considering that Lamborghini’s Stephan Winkelmann confirmed last night a limited production run of twenty cars for the Sesto Elemento.

As expected, this model will be powered by the 570hp engine from the LP 570-4 along with the same bodywork from the concept car. Still, keep in mind that this car will be driven on the public roads, so axpect a number of modifications to ensure that the car conforms with basic road safety guidelines.

Stephan Winkelmann added that the Gallardo based model will have a stagering 0-100km/h time of 2.5 seconds thanks to its 995kg shell. However, not much is known at this point but expect high demand, and even higher prices! Stay tuned for details.
