Maserati Quattroporte 2012 Review

The Italian brand Maserati continues to impress again with their new model: Maserati Quattroporte.
As usual, the sedan has the specific of a luxury car but in the new model we can see that the engine is smaller, to our surprise, in order to reduce the fuel consumption which is an necessity nowadays. The new Quattroporte is expected to be unveiled in March 2012 at the Geneva Motor Show with the offer of four-wheel drive system and stop-start technology in order to reduce the fuel consumption with 15 percent.

The luxury sedan will come with two downsize engines, a V6 and a V8 with and an eight-speed ZF automatic gearbox . The top version of the Quattroporte will have the improved version of the 4.7 liter V8 engine which delivers 440 HP , a eight-speed ZF automatic gearbox .
But we will also have the less powerfull side the V6.Both models will get the four-wheel drive system and stop-start technology.

The interior will get an huge improvement of technological and luxury gadgets.
The exterior will also get a new design, revised aerodynamics combined with technological features making this Maserati a more desirable and unique one.
The top speed of the Quattroporte is 270 km/h, with an urban consumption of 21.99 (l/100 km ), extra urban of 10.5 (l/100km) and combined of 14.73 (l/100km) and CO2 emissions ( combined cyrcle ) of 345 (g/km).
All in all, this Maserati Quattroporte definitely stands out from the crowd, a comfortable and stylish car.
