McLaren has officially released the 12C B&W Edition at the P1 launch event held recently in Hong Kong.

Designed exclusively for the Hong Kong market, the B&W Edition has a dual tone exterior with a unique white color that is contrasted by gloss black accents on roof, front splitter, mirror casings and wheels. The model also comes with gloss white paint on the air vents and instrument cluster bezel. The limited edition model was made by McLaren Special Operations and comes at a price tag of 4,680,000 HKD.

Talking about the P1, the model comes fitted with a twin-turbo 3.8-liter V8 engine and an electronic motor that can generate a combined maximum output of 916 HP (674 kW) and 663 lb-ft (900 Nm) of torque. This setup enables the car to accelerate from 0-100 kmph (0-62 mph) in less than three seconds and comes with an electronically-limited top speed of 350 kmph (217 mph).

In Hong Kong, the P1 will come with a base price of 8.9 million HKD but it would not include the First Registration Tax which would be levied separately.
