Mercedes Blackbird Design Study: A glimpse into the future

by Alex

The future car also called the supercar has finally been established by way of what it would look like. What we see on the streets today is what we are going to see in future also. A future Mercedes model for example would look much like the Blackbird that has been designed by Peter Vardai and shown on the homepage of the Mercedes Benz’s racing history data.

The designer states that he has based his design on freedom and speed. For this he has used streamlined body which gives the sense of an airplane and its speed and motion. The color combination of black and silver is to give an exciting touch to the looks of the car and also make the car look dynamic. Bran’s revolutionary thinking and the success that Mercedes has had at the racing arenas come into play when we look at the sport shape that the car has been given.

The chances of such a concept turning into reality at the moment are quite a remote possibility. However the designer has some wild imagination indeed and that is worth appreciation.
