Formula-1 supremo Bernie Ecclestone acknowledges Mercedes’ world championship grip has made the sporting activity boring and now is creating spectators to switch off.

Mercedes have actually brushed up to the last 2 F1 world titles with Lewis Hamilton taking back-to-back motorists’ crowns.

Lewis Hamilton as well as Mercedes colleague Nico Rosberg, that was 2nd in the champion, discussed 16 success in 19 Grand Prix and finished one-two on 12 celebrations and now Ecclestone confessed he is gravely concerned about the future.

“The domination of Mercedes is so strong that a great number of individuals see the start of a race and after that turn off their televisions considering that Mercedes have made races boring,” Ecclestone informed German paper Welt am Sonntag.

“It is not good for the sporting activity. Fans don’t would like to know before the start of a Grand Prix who is going to win. It’s an issue for us currently and one that we must deal with.”
