The new Audi A7 Sportback gets a style and power upgrade from ABT

by Alex

ABT Sportsline recently announced plans of its company on the new Audi A7 sportback model. The Geneva Motor Show event has been announced as the preferred venue where the unveiling of the car would take place. The company has also come forward with some photo details on the package that the car would have.

Discreet side skirts with a modified front and rear apron is the first part of the modification that is noted. This also makes place for the quad tail pipes which are of rectangular shape. One can also opt for a lowering kit as well as a choice of various alloy wheels which range from 19-21 inches.

The engine too comes with a variety of options. There is the Europe 3.0 liter V6 TDI which is a turbo diesel unit when tweaked by the firm’s engineers would give 282 HP from its original of 245 HP. There is also another kit that would enhance the TDI’s output to 310 HP and 610 Nm or 450 lb-ft of peak torque. In the gasoline line up there is only the option of a tweaked 3.0 liter supercharged V6 which would give 410 HP of peak power output, which is a healthy jump from the 300 horses that the base version makes.
