News: Maserati LaMaserati

by SpeedLux

The car lovers would have been quite disappointed when Maserati had some time back made an announcement wherein they stated that they might not go ahead with one of their projects. But that does not mean that the company will not produce any car and infact as per some reports, company may launch a Maserati based LaFerrari somewhere in 2015.

Anton Gjorsev of Deviant Art, the virtual designer and tuner, has released renderings of Maserati LaMaserati which should be pretty similar to LaFerrari model.

The car comes with a hood which is similar to LaFerrari and there are chances that it might also have similar panels of LaFerrari. The car may come with detuned version of engine installed in LaFerarri which has 6.3-liter V12 engine with output capacity of 789 hp or quad-turbocharged variant of the Maserati Quattroporte’s 3.8-liter V8 engine.

As per the report, only 50 units may be produced and it may come with a price tag of more than €1 million.
