by SpeedLux

Tata Motors released Bolt hatchback in January last year. After the initial enjoyment that saw healthy sales, Bolt’s market blew over quickly. Following bad response, rumors were swarming that Tata Motors will limit sales of Bolt to fleet market. The emerging reports indicated that Tata Motors is preparing to end on Bolt quickly.

Apart from slow sales, automaker feels that the cost of Bolt is too expensive to endure in the section. Tata Motors just sold a little over 17,000 units of Bolt from its launch in 2015.

Bolt is functioned by a 1.2-litre Revotron turbo-charged gas engine, which is tuned to create 84bhp at 5,000 rpm and a torque of 140Nm of 1,750-3,500 rpm.

Tata Motors representative has clarified that the company has no plans to terminate the Bolt hatchback.
