Renault Duster Detour concept teased

by SpeedLux

Renault has recently announced its plans to unveil the Duster Detour concept at the Johannesburg International Motor Show on October 16.

Based on the recently facelifted Dacia / Renault Duster budget off-roader, the concept has been developed by Renault Design Central Europe in joint venture with a design studio based out of Johannesburg. The Duster Detour concept can be seen wearing a dual tone exterior paint scheme of pearl yellow and matte grey and is the result of mixing “a little Mad Max with a touch of the Terminator” and some Dakar influences.

From the teaser pics released by the company, we can see that the fog lights have been moved right under the front grille, while the taillights seems to come with latest LED technology. The concept will be riding on black five spoke alloy wheels with orange accents and in the interiors as well, we expect quite a bit of revision to take place as it would be appropriate for a concept car.

Well the details are limited as of now, but we can expect more details to be out soon as the launch nears and we would update you about the same soon.
