Seat Mii Ecofuel to make Geneva debut

by SpeedLux

Seat has made public its plans to introduce the Mii Ecofuel at the Geneva Motor Show.

It is has the tag of lowest-emitting production car, the Mii Ecofuel is fitted with a 1.0-liter three-cylinder engine that has been designed in such a way in order to run on compressed natural gas (CNG). It emits 68 HP (50 kW) and 90 Nm (66 lb-ft) of torque which allows the model to clock 2.9 kg CNG/100km with CO2 emissions of 79 g/km. Morever, the low cost of CNG will result in the running costs being half those of a Mii with a petrol engine.

Important piece of information is that the Mii Ecofuel can also run on petrol like the Volkswagen Up! This is very useful as CNG stations are less compared to gas stations.

The Mii Ecofuel will have a price tag of €12,050 in Germany which makes it the cheapest CNG model in the market.
