The last Scion model tC Release Series 10.0 is a limited-edition

by SpeedLux

We wish Scion might have gone out with a bang. But no, it’s yet another of the brand’s Release Series designs. The long term group of special editions has been hit-or-miss for many years, but appeared to discover its grove with its latest FR-SRelease Series 1.0 and 2.0. This is not an FR-S Release Series. It’s a tC. You understand, the only model that won’t make it through the Scion brand’s elimination.

Scion has actually made some decent tweaks for its Release Series 10.0, consisting of TRD-branded lowering springs and a TRD exhaust. The Ken Miura body kit is an emphasize too, and while Toyota has slathered its Barcelona Red on lots of cars, we believe this Scion is the very best application of the shade. Other visual changes, like the black badges, gloss-black wheels, and red contrast stitching could have been kitschy, which would really work.

Like all Release Series designs, this unique tC will be restricted to just 1,200 units. Rates begin at $23,985 for the manual transmission vehicle or $25,135 for the auto-equipped vehicle.

We had also seen the new tC Release Series 10.0 during the New York Automobile Show. Make certain to take a look– it’s the last brand-new Scion you’ll ever see.
