The latest from the PORSCHE stable is the 2012 Panamera Sport Turismo Concept– on display at the PARIS MOTOR SHOW. This one is ready to come in for customer offering by the Porsche Dealerships shortly.

Essentially, to the common man, the PORSCHE Panamera Sport Turismo is an ESTATE version based on the current production Panamera Sedan.

The Panamera Sport Turismo is equipped with a plug-in hybrid power train that combines a 333 HP supercharged 3.0-liter V6 engine, a 95 HP electric motor and a 9.4 kWh lithium-ion battery. This enables the concept to have a combined maximum output of 416 HP which makes a acceleraion from 0-100 km/h in less than six seconds.

This PORSCHE model is very fuel efficient. Rated fuel consumption is less than 3.5 lts per/100km (67.2 mpg US / 80.7 mpg UK) and has CO2 emissions under 82 g/km. The concept can also travel on electricity alone for over 30 km (18.6 miles) at speeds up to 130 km/h (81 mph).
