Three killed after car crash in Sanger, Texas

Three people were killed after their vehicle lost control and struck into a tree on Sunday morning in Sanger, Texas.

The three victims were aged 14, 15, and 16 years old.

One adult survivor is 18 and the other surviving driver is 14 years old.

Sanger officers responded to a call over possible vehicle burglaries on early Sunday morning. The officials spotted the suspect vehicle, a white Ford extended cab truck, in the 300 block of North 5th Street.

After that, the officials initiated a traffic stop, but the suspect took off.

In the suspect’s attempt to evade the arrest, the driver lost control and struck a tree in the 700 block of South 5th Street.

The crash caused the death of three of the five people in the truck.

The investigation into the crash is ongoing and charges are pending as of yet.
