The 1968 Iso Grifo is half muscle race car half super car it has a super sleek kick back easy rider style design with a long bonnet and the most beautiful lights we’ve ever seen. It can whack out 390 horse power from a seven litre V8 engine and rack up an impressive top speed of 275km/h.

4. Ferrari 35 GTB/4 Daytona
Another 1968 entry this is sexier than the 250LM and the 500 superfast but it’s just shame it’s not quite as fast. Still manages 278 km/h and 325 horse power from a 4.4 litre V12 engine though so still an amazing piece of machinery.

3. Lamborghini Miura P400S
Yet another 1968 entry and what year for cars it was. This is stylistic and sleek like a bullet. Everything about this cars design makes us drool. It ad 370 horse power from a 3.9 litre V12 engine making it capable of a stunning 280km/h one of the fastest cars of e 60’s and just super cool.

2. Ferrari 500 Superfast
In 1964 calling his Ferrari superfast wasn’t just clever advertising it was completely true. This is definitely not the most aesthetically brilliant of the 60’s Ferrari’s but it still pulls off a classical elegance. It could pull 40 horse power from a 5 litre V12 engine and was capable of 290km/h which definitely makes it superfast in our book.

1. Ferrari 250LM
Yes it’s yet another Ferrari because the truth is that Ferrari made the best super cars of the 60’s. This 1963 model had gorgeous streamlined curves with a beautiful rounded back and huge headlights. It 320 horsepower came from a 3.3liter V12 engine that like the superfast was capable of producing speeds of 290 km/h. Just a great car, make sure you take a peak at all the pics with the 250LM.
