Toyota Starts Bookings For Lexus in India

Japanese automaker Toyota‘s high-end brand Lexus will now be readily available for purchase in India in very first quarter of 2017, reservations for which have begun. The automaker is providing a choice of 3 models of Lexus automobiles in the nation.

The first Lexus car dealership is going to open in Mumbai prior to the brand’s official presentation. The dealer at Taj Santacruz Hotel, located close to Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, will be called Lexus Shop.

Lexus RX450h, LX450d SUVs and the ES300h sedan will be readily available at display rooms in India and all 3 models are going to be imported from Japan in CBU line.

Lexus RX450h SUV has been a premium and a popular item form the brand. It is powered by a 3.5-litre V6 fuel engine, coupled to an e-CVT transmission, that produces 308bhp. Likewise, it is matched with a hybrid system. The RX450h stands to contend against Audi Q5 and BMW X3.
