Two dead as car crash in Dover, NH engulfs car in flames

Two people were killed on Thursday morning in a fiery crash on Sixth Street near Long Hill Road, New Hampshire, according to police.

At 12:25 a.m., a Dover police officer found a BMW sedan had hit a utility pole and was engulfed in flames. Two victims were found dead at the scene, and their identities are being not being revealed pending notification of next-of-kin.

Dover Fire & Rescue responded together with Eversource utility crews, and the fire was extinguished. The New Hampshire state fire marshal’s office also responded to the incident. The crash is being investigated.
