Two dead and two injured after car crash in Brighton, Colorado

Two people died and two others were injured after a car crash on Interstate 76 between Eagle Boulevard and Bromley Lane on Saturday morning.

The Brighton Police Department (BPD) attended the crash at about 7:30 a.m. They saw a single-vehicle crash with four people were inside the car which included two men and two women.

One woman was pronounced dead at the scene.

One man died on the way to the hospital.

The other two were admitted to the hospital with serious injuries.

The car may have left the roadway and rolled several times.

The eastbound lanes of I-76 were closed after the crash but were later reopened around 1:22 p.m.

It is yet to be known that what caused the crash.
