Two killed after car crash on Highway 30 in Oregon

Two people were killed following a multi-car crash on Highway 30 on Saturday in Multnomah County, Oregon.

Officials were notified of the crash before 1 a.m. and they determined the crash took place when a westbound gray GMC Sierra was driving fast when the car left the road and struck a parked black Audi AA8.

The GMC then hit two other vehicles without occupants, a power pole, went over an embankment, and hit a home.

The GMC driver, identified as Kody Hansen, and one person in the Audi, identified as Dale Herren, were pronounced dead at the scene.

The second person in the Audi was hospitalized.

Oregon State Police investigated the crash.
