Two killed after three-car crash in Grand Rapids

Two people were killed following a three-car crash on US-131 south of Grand Rapids in Michigan on Monday.

The crash took place around noon on southbound US-131 near 68th Street in Byron Township.

It is not known what resulted in the crash.

Two of the three drivers involved in the crash were killed.

Their identities are yet to be released pending notification of family.

Southbound US-131 was closed as Michigan State Police investigated the crash.
