Two killed after traffic car crash in southwestern Fontana

Two people died after a car accident in southwestern Fontana, California on Sunday.

At around 12:45 am, the Fontana Police Department was notified through 911 calls about traffic accidents on Redwood and Slover streets.

A Nissan Versa was moving south on Redwood, but it didn’t stop for the sign and was hit by a black GMC Sierra

Two Versa crew members died at the scene.

The driver of the GMC was not injured.

The intersection was closed for some hours as Fontana police investigated the incident.
