Two people died after a three-car crash in Lane County, Oregon on Friday.

Officials responded to a three-car crash on Friday morning on Hwy 126W at the intersection of Husted Road.

According to Oregon State Police Troopers, the initial investigation showed that a 59-year-old named Kathleen Bauchereau was driving Northbound on Husted road when her vehicle failed to stop at the intersection with Hwy 126W.

Her car entered HWY 126W and hit a pickup truck pulling a utility trailer heading eastbound.

The truck was being driven by a 49-year-old named Amado Hernandez-Vernegas of Veneta.

The impact of the vehicle crash forced the pickup truck into the westbound lane where it crashed with an SUV pulling an RV trailer being driven by a 52-year-old named Randy Holcomb of Eugene.

Bauchereau was admitted to a hospital while Hernandez-Vernegas and the passenger sustained fatal injuries and later succumbed to their injuries.
