Two people killed after car crash in Manchester, Connecticut

Two people were killed after a two-car crash in Manchester, Connecticut on Tuesday night. 

Police were notified of the crash at the intersection of Tolland Turnpike and Oakland Street just before 11 p.m.

When they attended the scene, first responders saw two cars with significant damage, and both drivers were injured.

One of the drivers, identified as Rosalyn Rico, 41, of East Hartford, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Another driver, identified as Kurtis Decker, 44, of East Hartford man, was admitted to Hartford Hospital where he was pronounced dead as well.

There was no one else in the vehicles.
