2010 Mitsubishi Galant Vehicle Overview

by Zack Colt

The 2010 Mitsubishi Galant was almost forgotten since it was redesigned six years ago. For 2010, the Galant has been fitted with a four-cylinder engine. This is perhaps based on the theory that four-cylinder models are always best sellers. However, the Galant has been mostly disliked in the past for lack of standard features found in other sedans. These faults have been mostly corrected in the 2010 model. The reasonably priced SE now includes items like standard stability control, a navigation system, back-up camera, satellite radio and upgraded stereo.

itsubishi Galant is powered by a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine attached to a four-speed automatic transmission. Output is a meager 160 hp and 157 pound-feet of torque, which is lesser than almost all competitor models. Fuel economy is an estimated 21 mpg city/30 mpg highway and 24 mpg on average.

The 2010 Mitsubishi Galant comes standard with stability control, front side airbags, anti locking brakes, and side curtain airbags. The Galant’s stereo and climate controls look outdated and can be difficult to identify at a glance. Furthermore, quality of materials is rather poor. Most plastics and other trims just do not match the refined finish and feel of the Galant’s many other competitors. It also lacks a telescoping steering wheel, an obvious exclusion in this class.

On the upside, seating front and rear is quite roomy, neatly decorated and comfortable. Trunk capacity is 13.3 cubic feet which is about 1 or 2 cubes less than the other sedans in this class but one thing good is that the opening is wide. Although there is enough space, the rear seats do not fold down.

The 2010 Mitsubishi Galant looks flat with an expected stance but feels smaller than it actually is. High level of road feeling is communicated through the driver seat and the steering.

I really enjoyed this post. You write about this topic very well. Customer Service is the most important element of the car buying procedure, and your dealers practice should be reflective of that – effortless, straightforward, and clear. Your dealership should be there to make your automobile shopping experience pleasant and hassle-free, they should be proud to offer quality new and used cars, trucks and SUVs to drivers and tend to all of your automotive needs. They should request you to discover their collection of exceptional vehicles that are meticulously inspected, professionally serviced and detailed, and come with flawless history reports.
