2011 Volkswagen Touran

by Andrew Randall

Since a while, I’ve been thinking that I don’t know any tall wagon but from now, I will be able to say that I saw one namely the 2011 Volkswagen Touran. As you can see, in its name you don’t see the word ‘wagon’ but if you look at the shape of this car, you will not need anything else to know that this is a tall wagon.

Either that I’m excited to see this car, I have to say that I hate the shapes of such a car, I prefer any other version but not a wagon. If you need a bigger space in your car, than I understand but if not, there is no need to buy such type of cars or at last this is how I think. Still the front side of this car is lovely looking very similar to the Volkswagen Golf 6 front side.

The entry engine is a 1.2 liter TSI engine which is probably too weak for such a big car but it is followed by a 1.4 liter engine and after it, there comes the 1.6 TDI diesel engine which is followed by the most powerful one, a 2.0 liter engine which comes with 140 PS or 170 PS versions.
