3 people killed after car crash in Enterprise, Alabama

Three people were killed after a car crash on Wednesday morning in Enterprise, Alabama.

The crash took place on Highway 167 near the 40-mile marker, about 14 miles north of Enterprise city limits.

The crash took place when a 35-year-old identified as Rene Tiul Cuc left the roadway and hit a tree. His passengers identified as Azucena Castaneda, 47, along with a 19-year-old and another victim were pronounced dead at the scene.

Cuc was admitted to a local hospital for moderate injuries.

No other information was available regarding the crash.

Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is investigating the crash.
