Wimmer Porsche 911 GT2 Speed Bi-TurboThe Wimmer RS has released a new package for the Porsche 911(997) GT2 called “GT2 Speed”. This high performance package increases power output from 530 hp to an amazing 827 hp.

Main upgrades to the engine are modified block, pistons, piston rods, sports camshafts, bigger turbos and a new engine software.

The GT2 Speed Bi-Turbo accelerates from 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 3.38 seconds. That’s not much faster than the stock GT2(stock car does it in 3.6 seconds), but what has improved a lot is the top speed. Top speed is increased from 328 km/h (204 mph) to 378 km/h (235 mph).

Exterior highlights are carbon fiber exterior rear-view mirrors and a rear spoiler lip. Pricing starts from 281,000 euros and public debut is end of this week at the Essen Motor Show.
