2 killed after car crash on Route 222 in Lancaster County
Two people were killed after a car crash on Route 222 in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania on Tuesday afternoon.
The crash took place in the southbound lanes of Route 222 when a Hyundai sedan hit the back of a box truck.
Two passengers were ejected from the sedan.
One was pronounced dead at the scene.
One person succumbed to injuries at Lancaster General Hospital.
A third person was admitted to the same hospital.
The truck driver was not injured.
