The new Nissan X-trail facelift introduced in the U.K.

The new version of the very well known SUV is being introduced in the UK. The vehicle is already on sale and deliveries will begin in October. The Ascenta, which is the entry level model costs 23,995 pounds. Nissan said that they made modifications to the interior and the exterior and say that they have also reduced the CO2 emissions. Standard on the Ascenta model are: body colored electrically adjusting door mirrors, privacy glass, automatic headlamps and wipers, front fog lamps and 17 inch alloy wheels.

Priced at 27,495 pounds we have the Tenka model which features: power-holding door mirrors, xenon headlamps, panoramic sunroof and leather seats. The entertainment package features a sat-nav with music server and a USB port, a rear view camera and a BOSE audio system with nine speakers. The car has lowered CO2 emissions by 15% and has an improved fuel efficiency (from 38.2 UK mpg to 44.1 UK mpg). The 150 HP 2.0 dCi has decreased its emissions from 216 g/km to 188 g/km and has improved its fuel economy from 34.9 UK mpg to 39.8 UK mpg. The X-trail has a new manual gearbox and low rolling resistance tires.
