2011 BMW F10 M-Sport Package from the Japan based tuners – 3D Design

by Alex Patrick

3D Design – a Japanese tuner established in 1998 once undertook the task of street tuning the current generation BMW F10 5 series. The new look featured a swell aerodynamic look, with a redesigned front lip, rear diffuser, rear wing, and roof wing.

The F10 M-Sport series also got its own aerodynamic upgrades. The new profile F10 M-Sport became sportier than its 5-Series counterpart, including a new front and rear bumper. The Japanese tuners gave F10 M-Sport a body kit that added more zing and appeal to the beast. A two piece carbon front lip and a rear diffuser were combined by 3 Design with the M-Sport bumper. The bumper itself comes with its own carbon filter replacement piece.

The carbon front lip costs $1,038, and the additional carbon pieces are priced $687 for the pair. The rear diffuser has been priced at $1,400. The additions to the F10 M-Sport package are not really extravagant for that matter but then again, tuning projects need not be over-the-top all of the time.
