To start with, Cadillac made sure to plan ahead, and only offer this One-Of-A-Kind service in one state only. The state they chose is New York. Also, Cadillac is only offering the BOOK car rental service to a very limited number of start-up participants. They’re also being very strict about their No Sharing rule. If you are allowed into the BOOK program, you’re not allowed to let other people drive the Cadillac.
The BOOK program also allows you to change which vehicle you rent, and the cost remains the same. So for example, one month you can choose to rent an Escalade, the next month a CTS-V, and so on.
