Progressive U.S. deliveries of the Cadillac XT5 and the now-discontinued SRX amounted to 7,560 units in December last year, an increase of 7.5 percent compared to the 7,031 units of Cadillac crossovers sold in December 2015.
The 7,560 units sold in December compromised of 7,436 units of the brand-new Cadillac XT5, its best-selling month since it struck the marketplace in April, and 124 units of the Cadillac SRX, a reduction of 98 percent compared to the 7,031 units sold in December 2015, as the automobile has been discontinued and replaced by the XT5.
Throughout the 2016 fiscal year, U.S. deliveries of Cadillac luxury crossover reduced 10.5 percent to 61,624 units, comprised of 39,485 units of the Cadillac XT5 after ninth months on the market, and 22,139 units of the SRX, a reduction of 67.8 percent.
In Canada, 421 units of the XT5 were provided in December 2016 and an overall of 2,789 units were provided during 2016 since its release in April.
The now-discontinued SRX saw no December deliveries in Canada, but represented 2,312 deliveries throughout the 2016 fiscal year.
