Ford Motor will suspend production at its Hermosillo factory in northern Mexico next month due to material shortages.

The suspension will be in place from November 1-5, according to a union statement issued on Thursday.

Earlier this year, Ford had to suspend production at this plant over the same issue.

The plant was opened in 1968.

It has hired 2,870 employees of which 300 are hourly employees.

The plant is currently used for producing Bronco Sport and Maverick.
