Japanese truck maker Hino Motors prepares to construct a 3,000-trucks annually in a factory in Moscow, likely investing tens of billions of yen, the Nikkei business daily reported on Tuesday.

The plant, Hino’s very first in Russia, will start production in 2019, the paper said, without mentioning its source.

A spokeswoman at Hino, a unit of Toyota Motor, could not instantly discuss the report.
