Judge declares that it was not Porsche fault in crash that killed Paul Walker

by SpeedLux

Judge states the widow of a man driving the Porsche that killed and crashed Paul Walker can not establish that the carmaker is responsible for the accident.

U.S. District Judge Philip S. Gutierrez ruled Monday that there had not been enough proof in Kristine Rodas’ claims that her spouse died since the Porsche Carrera GT he was driving lacked a number of essential security functions.

Gutierrez likewise ruled there had not been proof the Porsche’s suspension failed, as the suit declared.

Rodas’ attorney, Mark Geragos, states the judgement will be appealed.
