A New Release From Brabus: Aerodynamic-Enhancement Kit For The Mercedes E- And S- Class AMG

by Sebastian Bivin

The Brabus tuning professionals are back at it again with the Mercedes E-Classand S-Class this time.

The company upgrades for the S-Class too are only cosmetic, like the AMG kit itself. A new aerokit with front spoiler, new side skirts, and different tailpipe models integrated into a neat diffuser, plus a wide range of monoblock rims for you to choose from, give good personalization potential.

Beside this, additional options include sport front fenders, a bespoke interior and wheel options in sizes up to 20 inches. Engine upgrades for the performance numbers are also readily available from Brabus; customers can also order engine upgrades for the 5.5-liter and 6.3-liter V8.

New interior updates include new upholstery design with leather and Alcantara, sport steering wheel again with new design, carbon fiber or wood trims and accents in any desired colors.

Ok, now let’s see all these a little more detailed.

The company’s designers have changed a front spoiler lip that attaches to the lower part of the AMG front apron on the sedans and wagons of the latest E-Class. This new, sophisticated shape, improve directional stability because it reduces lift on the front axle .

Also, for the sedan there is a diffuser and rear spoiler that is mounted on the trunk lid. Beside this it has cutouts on either side for the tailpipes of the production exhaust or of the BRABUS quad sport exhaust system.

The components for the rear, like the front spoiler, are manufactured in OEM quality from Pur-R-Rim plastic ensuring perfect fit and excellent paintability, each of them in body or in contrasting color. The company also offers these components with a titanium-colored paint finish.

Of course we can’t forget about the Mercedes S-Class with AMG styling, which also gets a new, more athletic appearance with additional BRABUS body components that are manufactured in OEM quality from Pur-R-Rim as well. As a feature, the BRABUS aerodynamic-enhancement kit can be painted in body color or come with a glossy titanium paint finish.

The car delivers an even smoother ride, particularly at high speeds thanks to the BRABUS front spoiler, which improves the aerodynamic properties of the luxury sedan.

Another importan thing that also contribute to even better high-speed handling is the rear spoiler and diffuser, which also features a centrally located reflector.
