Three killed after car crash in North Bay Village

North Bay Village, in Miami-Dade County, Florida

Three people were killed after a fiery hit-and-run car crash in North Bay Village, in Miami-Dade County, Florida on Monday night.

The crash took place around 9:30 p.m. on the 79th Street Causeway at the entrance to Harbor Island. The car was engulfed after the crash.

Two people inside the car were pronounced dead at the scene.

A third person was admitted to the hospital in critical condition.

Police confirmed Tuesday that the third victim died at the hospital.

Their identities haven’t been released yet.

Miami-Dade Police Homicide units are investigating the crash and are looking for a 24-year-old identified as Julius Bernstein for his connection with the crash.
