Toyota Motor to restructure management structure

Toyota Motor stated on Friday it would restructure its management executive ranks, consisting hiring new people and shuffling present roles throughout the company.

As part of the modifications, Chris Reynolds is going to be the chief administrative officer for North America operations and right now is the executive vice president of the North America unit.

Tetsuo Ogawa, senior managing officer at the unit, is set to become the chief operating officer for the North America operations.

Japan’s biggest automaker published a rise in its quarterly profit earlier this month on the back of sales boost in Asia and Europe, while profitability in majority of its major markets such as North America improved.
