For the car enthusiasts in existence out there, they must have heard of the dead and revival of the British automotive marquee, TVR. The company had once gone bankrupt and dead and yet, it was revived some two years ago. Now, the British company is giving out a hint that may well lead to a possible launch of a next generation version of the Sagaris.
Speaking about TVR, the company was revived back in the year 2013. Then, just a year earlier, Les Edgar, the person appointed chairman at the company, revealed about the company’s new development center. According to Edgar, this new development center would be in charge of launching an entirely new vehicle model, which was slated for either 2016 or 2017. Back at the revelation of the new development center, the British marquee had actually had some concepts in mind. In fact, it was about to enter the stage of actually building a static prototype of one of the concepts. Now, fast forwarding to today, the company has officially posted on its Facebook page an image, as can be seen here, with the caption that says, “Do you want a new Sagaris? If yes, how do you want it? Just to know!”
Taking that image and caption into consideration, there is quite a good chance that the all-new vehicle TVR will be launching in the next one or two years will revive the Sagaris moniker. As for the performance, Edgar once hinted that it would most likely come from another automaker instead of TVR. Well, for true fans of the British automotive marquee and its legendary Sagaris, this may prove to be bad news. Nonetheless, Edgar claims that TVR will tweak this engine to offer customers with the sound and throttle response that no other cars out there can possibly offer.
