Two dead after car crash in Lawerence County

Two people were killed after a car crash on Wednesday afternoon in Lawerence County, Ohio.

The crash took place on State Route 7 near the Route 243 intersection.

Two were pronounced dead at the scene.

They have been identified as Tony N. Blankenship, 20, and Shaianna N. Laber, 20, both of Chesapeake, Ohio.

Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
