Two dead after two-car crash in Niland, California

Two people were pronounced dead after a two-car crash on Monday morning in Niland, California.

It was about 10:18 a.m., a 2003 Ford was driving south on Route 111 near Sargo Drive when the car moved towards the right of the road and overturned.

The crash saw both the driver and passenger ejected, with both dying in the crash.

Officials couldn’t conclude impairment as a factor in this case.

California Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
