Two died after three-car crash in Brown County

Two people died and two others were injured after a three-vehicle crash in Brown County, Ohio on Friday.

The crash took place in the 11000 block of U.S. 68 just before 4 p.m.

A 41-year-old male identified as Jeremy Cramton was killed when he tried to pass a vehicle and struck into a truck head-on.

The driver of the truck, a 67-year-old man, suffered serious injuries, according to Ohio State Highway Patrol.

His passenger, identified as Karen Schindeldecker, 65, was admitted to the hospital where she died later.

Another driver was struck when the truck was pushed back by the impact of the head-on crash.

The 24-year-old woman behind the wheel suffered small injuries.

The investigation into the crash in ongoing.
