Two died after two-car crash in eastern Oklahoma

Two died and three others were injured following a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday afternoon on a highway in eastern Oklahoma.

It was around 2:45 p.m. when a 2021 GMC Acadia and a 2005 Dodge Ram pickup truck were involved in a crash on U.S. 59 near Stilwell.

Two women were pronounced dead at the scene.

They have been identified as Jolene Brown, 32, and Angel Vann, 19.

First responders admitted three others to hospitals in Stilwell and Tulsa.

One was going through critical condition while others were released.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
