Two killed after car crash in Pike County, Missouri

Two people were killed after a two-car crash on Thursday night in Pike County, Missouri.

Both were drivers of two vehicles involved in the crash.

The crash took place when Caleb D. Perez, 22, drove a 2005 Toyota Matrix throughout the center of Highway 54 near Pike County Road 279 around 11:55 p.m. 

His vehicle crashed with a 2000 Chevrolet S-10 pickup driven by a 44-year-old identified as Jason M. Hagaman.

Both men were from Louisiana and were pronounced dead at the scene.

Missouri Highway Patrol investigated the crash.
