Two killed, four injured after car crash in Cherokee County

Two people were killed and four others were injured after a one-vehicle accident in Cherokee County on Sunday afternoon.

The crash took place at about 4:30 p.m. off Yellow Creek Road when the Ford F-250 left the road and struck a tree.

Two victims identified as 71-year-old Eric Nuzie and 66-year-old Karen Nuzie, both from Tallahassee, were pronounced dead at the scene.

Two other adults were admitted to North Fulton Hospital with serious injuries.

One 11-year-old boy was flown to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta with serious injuries.

The driver experienced minor injuries.

It is yet to be known if any charges will be levied.
