Two killed, three injured in Winneshiek County, Iowa

A single-vehicle crash resulted in the deaths of two people and seriously injured three others in Winneshiek County, Iowa.

The crash took place around 10:13 p.m. on Friday, and the officials were notified of the crash along County Road W14 near its intersection with Pole Line Road.

There were five teenagers in the vehicle when it rolled over.

Two were pronounced dead at the scene.

The other three in the vehicle were admitted to a nearby hospital via air ambulance with serious injuries.

The Iowa State Patrol is helping with sorting out the crash.
